We can help finance a wide range of commercial tonnage, from vessels operating in the energy/utility sector to general cargo/short-sea coasters in the transportation/logistics sector. Our solutions include fixed or variable rate loans principally secured by way of marine mortgages.

  • Minimum advance: £500,000.
  • Minimum deposit: 20% of market value.
  • Maximum loan to value: 80% of market value (or cost if vessels are new and from recognised manufacturers).
  • Maximum term: 10 years.
  • Maximum age: depends on asset class.

  • Currency: GBP, EUR & USD
  • Interest rates: competitive.
  • Classification: vessel(s) must be suitably classed and/or coded for intended operational use.
  • Registration: vessel(s) are to be registered with an acceptable registration territory.
  • Build finance is to be considered, and made available, on a case by case basis.
