Manage your account online

You must have your agreement number to request either a settlement letter, copy of documents or to make a payment. This can be found on your original contract documents.

Need a copy of your documents?

Get a copy agreement, copy invoice, statement of account or interest advice note. A £10 administration fee is applicable, with the exception of agreements regulated by the Consumer Credit Act.

Need to make a payment or clear your balance?

If you have received a settlement letter from Lombard, you can make a payment using the bank details on the letter.

If not, you can pay by card by calling our customer service team or request a call back.

Receive an email confirmation

If the email you put on the request matches what we have on file, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not match, we'll let you know and send to the email we hold on file.

Receive your requested information

You will receive requested information through email in 2 hours for settlement figures, 4 hours for clearance confirmation and 24 hours for requesting documents. Mon-Fri 9-5pm.
