Manage your account online

You must have your agreement number to request either a settlement letter, copy of documents or to make a payment. This can be found on your original contract documents.

Need to find out your settlement figure?

You could get an instant settlement figure by logging into your My Lombard account (exclusions apply).

Request a settlement figure online, and you'll receive your settlement via email. If you need to check or update your email address contact us. Live chat is usually the quickest way to get in touch.

Need to get a clearance confirmation?

Request confirmation and you could find out immediately if your balance has cleared or not. 


Where immediate confirmation is not available, then 95% of confirmations are completed in 2 hours. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.


If you require clearance confirmation on a Lombard Stock Funding vehicle (Unit Stocking), please email unitstockingoperations@lombard.co.uk with the vehicle registration and agreement or reference number.

Need a copy of your documents?

Get a copy agreement, copy invoice, statement of account or interest advice note.

Need to make a payment or clear your balance?

If you have received a settlement letter from Lombard, you can make a payment using the bank details on the letter.

If not, you can pay by card by calling our customer service team.

Need to view your balance?

Submit your details and we’ll send you a statement of account.

Lombard's online request form requires your agreement number.

Receive an email confirmation

If the email you put on the request matches what we have on file, you will receive a confirmation email. If it does not match, we'll let you know and send to the email we hold on file.

Receive your requested information

You will receive requested information through email in the timescales stated above. Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm.
