Calls cost no more than regular calls to geographic numbers (01 or 02) and are included in inclusive minutes and discount schemes.
Calls from landlines are typically charged up to 10p per minute; calls from mobiles typically cost between 10p and 40p per minute. Calls from landlines and mobiles are included in free call packages.

This set of standards applies to asset finance, namely Hire Purchase and leasing products.
Contract hire (motor/retail at the point of sale within dealership) is not currently in scope.

We are pleased to provide some information regarding fees, which may be charged on agreements with us. Fees enable us to provide transparency to our customers in reflecting costs as they're incurred.
We charge an administration fee when we arrange your facility. This varies depending on the complexity of each transaction, with more complex deals attracting higher fees to reflect the extra work involved.
Your Relationship Manager or our Customer Services team will be very happy to explain the fees applicable to your specific facility.
